Just as our name implies, we are addicted to curry. Whether it be vegetarian or filled with meat, eaten by yourself, or much better, shared with a group of friends and family. What better way for us to share our love for spices and food with the world, than for us to post ideas and recipes that everyone can see and enjoy.
At Addicted to Curry, we don’t think cooking and enjoying food should be massively time consuming and expensive. We focus on making our recipes as quick and easy as possible to make, because we believe anyone should be able to enjoy the beauty in food. Simple dishes go a long way when you’re coming home at 5 p.m. and you’ve just started making dinner or trying to plan out your weekday meals.
On our blog we strive to post delicious recipes that are (mostly) healthy (we all have our cheat days). All of these recipes are dishes that we make and eat ourselves in our normal everyday life. Dishes that represent who we are and what we love to do.
Because we want you to be able to cook amazing meals on a daily basis, we make sure our recipes are cost conscious. If you want to make a dish on a reasonable budget, we want that dish to be as great as possible for as cost effective as possible. Most of the ingredients you use for one recipe can be reused for our other recipes.
